Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in the processing stage, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, is not considered product damage if the item inside is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@favvour.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review the issue and may offer a free replacement. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a refund or resend the product.
